After booking you will receive an email to confirm your session.  Please confirm within 48hrs of booking. The tutor is not obligated to attend unconfirmed sessions. If you need to reschedule a session please email Rhonda Higgins at info@futurelinguists.com within at least 24hrs of the scheduled session. Make-up sessions will not be provided to the client for no shows without communicating via email within 24hrs of the scheduled session. If the tutor does not show up to the session without communicating to the client within 24 hrs of the session, the tutor will provide the client a free session.
